Deposits made from business accounts, corporate accounts, or accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to meeting all bonus wagering requirements and completing KYC verification. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1-3 business days, though verified VIP Players may receive priority processing (6-24 hours). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for deposits to your Account, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Active bonus funds must meet stated wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited unless wagering requirements have been met. We reserve the right to limit withdrawal amounts or impose additional verification for large withdrawals (above Rp 10,000,000) or withdrawals exhibiting unusual patterns.
In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 500,000 before requesting a withdrawal of any remaining balance. By registering an Account, you consent to receive promotional communications from arahqq via email, SMS, and push notifications. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your Account settings or by contacting customer support. Note that opting out of promotional communications does not exempt you from receiving transactional or account-related messages.
All bets placed on the arahqq platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet details before confirmation. While we make every effort to ensure accurate odds, statistics, and game information, errors can occur. In the event of an obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds due to technical malfunction), arahqq reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If an event is postponed, bets will remain valid for 48 hours; if the event does not take place within that period, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
